Biography of Olivier Bollag

Artist Statement:

My journey began with origami, where precision and vibrant colors sparked my artistic passion. As a watchmaker, I honed attention to detail, but I turned to art to capture joy and the "happy vibe" often missing in life. Using vibrant colors and precision, I explore human emotions, creating universal faces and colorful geometric art that reflect shared experiences. My work promotes positivity, mental health awareness, and creativity, especially for struggling youth. By blending craftsmanship and observation, I aim to spread happiness and remind viewers of the joy inherent in life.
